"Was in to look at jackets. Did not have opportunity to get in before normal closing hours during the week - when I asked about evening hours was told "no problem, let us know when you'll be in and we'll be here". No rush to get me in and out, no pressure to purchase. What a refreshing change in customer service!! Will definately be directing my business to this shop.
